This footage is a combination of three major events on our investigation of Coalhouse Fort.  The first one is a clip of three investigators inside the derelict Mess Room.  In the past there have been reports of white moving lights, some as large as dustbin lids moving on a particular wall.  We were asking the energies in the room to show themselves as a light anomaly on this wall when out of nowhere something flew through the air in our general direction.  We were unsure if this was some falling debris from the ceiling or if something was thrown directly towards us.

The second scene on this movie was filmed while we connected with the energy of a young lady called 'Beth' that is said to haunt the Fort.  We were saying that we all wanted to be friends and to say hello when all the males in the team definately heard a female voice giggling.  You may need to turn the volume up slightly to hear this giggle but it is there, listen just after 1m:24s

And the final scene is of a strange banging noise we all heard whilst investigating in the tunnel system.  We were one of the storage rooms when Paul heard something going on within the tunnel.  We all came out to listen and heard what was described as either footsteps, a mechanical winch turning or an oil drum being banged.  Upon investigation we could find no source for this noise.

UPDATE: We have had a closer look at this video and found something that we can't explain.  Is this a trick of the light or something else?
